THE OEM PROCESS: FROM INQUIRY TO DELIVERY

1. Inquiry & Requirements
Share your requirements: battery type, estimated quantities, target market and brand plans. Our team reviews feasibility and responds with a tailored proposal.

2. Brand Name Verification
We check whether your proposed brand is registered in China and free of third-party intellectual property conflicts. To protect both parties, we do not accept counterfeit or infringing brands.

3. Order Confirmation & Authorization
Once the brand is verified, we confirm your OEM order. You issue us a brand authorization letter, and the project moves into brand design.

4. Brand Design
Track A - You Have Full Artwork
Send us your complete logo, label and carton designs. We make model-specific pre-print adjustments and proceed to production after your confirmation.
Track B - We Design for You
Our in-house design team prepares initial logo, label and carton drafts to your brief. After your approval, we complete pre-print adjustments and move to production.

5. Production Verification
When production is complete, we provide packaging photos or videos for your confirmation - or you may appoint a third party to inspect at our factory. Any mismatch with approved artwork is reworked before delivery.

6. Delivery & Beyond
Goods are delivered as agreed, and your program continues into our logistics and export service: packing, documentation and worldwide shipment.
