Built with smart manufacturing concepts, the Malaysia facility features 4 high-speed, fully automated assembly lines driven by centralized computer diagnostics. Operating with a high daily capacity, the plant delivers consistent, volume-scale output for maintenance-free (MF) SLI batteries, hybrid starting units, and high-performance EFB series. Additionally, the base hosts dedicated production cells for the modular assembly and quality inspection of VRLA deep-cycle batteries.

From incoming lead grid and separator validation to computerized acid metering and ultrasonic container sealing, every stage of manufacturing at the Malaysia base is subject to stringent quality protocols.
